The Jigsaw Bag-in-box website uses an integrated PayPal shopping cart. This means that purchasing from our site will request a PayPal cookie(s) to be used for your session. The cookie(s) allows you to build a shopping basket with products then passes this information to PayPal when you are ready to checkout. The cookie(s) is required for you to make a purchase from us on the website; however the cookie(s) and its content are owned and controlled by PayPal. The use of the cookie(s) does not require visitors consent as it’s needed for the site to offer transactional purchases.
We do not have access to the data stored and collected via the cookies which simply allow transactions and we will receive a confirmation from PayPal upon a successful purchase from our site. Placing an order with us will trigger PayPal to supply us with your standard contact details including your address and phone number registered with PayPal. We would not receive any information around your payment details, PayPal login details or any other data outside of your standard contact details. More details of PayPal privacy below.
Bag-in-Box Ltd does not and, will not in the future, store the financial
details (credit or debit card numbers) of any of its customers. We do
not, and will not, share any financial information with any third party.
Delivery Policy of Jigsaw Bag-in-Box Ltd
Jigsaw Bag-in-Box endeavors to process all online orders within two working days of the order being made and our couriers offer a 72 hours. If the product you require is out of stock we will contact you within two working days either by email or telephone and advise you when your goods will be delivered. Jigsaw Bag-in-Box shuts down for two fortnightly holidays per year and the shop is taken offline.
Return, Refund and Cancellation Policies of Jigsaw Bag-in-Box Ltd
If any goods that arrive damaged (please follow instructions below) they can be returned and will be replaced at the cost of Jigsaw Bag-in-Box or the funds credited to the customers payment card. In the event of customers wishing to change their order after they have received goods they can do this but they may be asked to pay the carriage costs of the return and the replacement. Requests to change orders should be made within seven working days of the original delivery. If customers find that they no longer require goods that have been ordered they can ring Jigsaw Bag-in-Box (01278 722136) and if the order has not been dispatched they can received an immediate credit to their payment card. If the order has already been processed they goods can be returned for a refund but the customer may be asked to pay carriage costs.
When you receive your delivery from Jigsaw Bag-in-Box please check that goods are not damaged:
Cases of goods becoming damaged in transit are rare but please check the packing box or boxes carefully on delivery. If there appears to be any superficially damage (i.e. dented or squashed packing box) please accept the goods but sign as ‘damaged on delivery’.
Please then check your goods inside the packing boxes carefully and within 48 hours of delivery. If you think any of your delivery is damaged please email or phone Jigsaw Bag-in-Box as soon as possible.
If the goods appear heavily damaged on arrival (i.e. bag-in-box packaging damaged or equipment broken) please refuse delivery and sign as ‘unacceptable delivery’. Please also contact Jigsaw Bag-in-Box on the day of delivery if possible or as soon as possible afterwards.
Don't let the courier rush you to sign his delivery docket and make sure you check ALL sides of EACH parcel (couriers have been known to attempt cover-up/hide damaged packages) before you sign.
It is YOUR responsibility that the product packaging is checked thoroughly on each parcel as it is YOU who paid for it and not the courier, so please take your time when checking.
The product MUST be opened and inspected within 48hrs of signing the courier’s consignment note and any damage or fault reported to Jigsaw Bag-in-Box. Failure to check the product within 48hrs after receipt will result in a refusal of replacement goods. This is for insurance purposes and your own benefit. So please do NOT store the product for two days or longer after delivery and inspect the product immediately.
